dug used to include simple installers for various distros (and a tarball for osx), while we do currently publish make all of the binaries the installers (deb, rpm, etc) are not generated because the dotnet-packaging project does not yet support .NET10.

I made an issue on their repo (here) and will add them once its addressed.
